Exchange rate reform will cause many export oriented enterprises to face the collapse.

Some people believe that this is a good opportunity to push China's industrial upgrading.

But in the face of the shortage of funds, low quality labor force, unfair unfair resource allocation, excessive market competition and excessive monopoly, what will the direction and Prospect of China's industrial upgrading be?

Take the textile industry for example, whether it is 4 trillion of the government's investment, or nearly 10 trillion of the local government.

Claims

There seems to be no direct relationship with the textile industry.

Liquidity in the market is abundant, and there will be more hot money, which will not flow to traditional manufacturing industry. This has been proved by the real estate and stock market turmoil.

Although China's textile industry is quite competitive in the international market, we carefully observe the industry leading enterprises selected by the China Textile Industry Association. Most of them are not really high-tech enterprises. Even the textile high-tech enterprises named by the relevant ministries and commissions of the country are also labor-intensive enterprises that are highly skilled and meticulous in operation.

What we have seen is a batch of quality approved by the international market and standardized production.

Sale

Enterprises with smooth channels.

China's textile industry has no real high-tech enterprises and is not afraid of it, so long as the technology level of the enterprise can be slightly higher than that of the existing technology.

Industrial upgrading is not going all the way. It is unrealistic to upgrade traditional industries to high-tech enterprises, and to raise standards and fine manufacturing enterprises to strive for profits in the integration of industrial chains is a way to go.

China's manufacturing industry has the ability to develop from the low end to the middle and even higher stage. Through the household registration reform and staff training, the world's largest professional skilled industry team will emerge.

Through standard setting, the management mode of small workshop can be reduced to the maximum extent.

But these changes are not what the "forced" enterprises can do now.

The government will speed up the administrative reform, improve the administrative efficiency and match the market, pform the export and investment leading to the economic growth of internal demand and investment led, so that the Chinese economy can get rid of the dilemma.

Therefore, the current situation is a good opportunity to push China's industrial upgrading, but it is not only forced manufacturing enterprises, but also forcing the government to improve administrative efficiency, reduce various administrative costs for enterprises, and change the current situation of bad market administrative division.
