Vietnam?

Hu Guangzhong, deputy director of the import and export division of the Ministry of industry and trade, said that at present, Vietnam's domestic enterprises failed to make full use of the China ASEAN FTA agreement.

Since the early implementation of the FTA agreement in 2004, the agreement has reached Vietnam.

Exports to China

The promotion effect has not really highlighted yet, exports to China increased by only 2%, while imports increased by 30%.

The reason is that Vietnam's export products are single and its export structure is slow.

Export

Mainly agricultural products and raw materials, while other export products have not been greatly improved.

On the other hand, since China's import structure is diversified, imports are mainly raw materials.

Therefore, more and more products such as iron and steel, daily necessities, fabrics, textile materials and construction equipment are facing great competition pressure.

In 2010, Vietnam is expected to earn $5 billion 200 million in export earnings from its shoe exports.

In September 7th, an international footwear conference was held in Hu Zhiming city. Representatives from Taiwan, China, Hongkong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, the United States and Germany participated in the conference.

Delegates discussed the measures to promote sales in the domestic market and the advantages and difficulties of exporters.

Hu Zhiming, Secretary General of the shoe and Leather Association of Ruan Wenqing, said the conference will help Vietnamese businessmen learn other countries.

In the near future, the Hu Zhiming shoe leather association will enter the South African market. In November, Vietnamese businessmen will conduct a real investigation of the South African market.

At present, footwear production in Asia accounts for 70% of the total footwear supply in the world.

With the growth of high exports, Vietnam has become the fourth largest shoe supplier in the world, and shoes export revenue in 2010 is expected to reach US $5 billion 200 million.

In order to promote the development of footwear department, the Ministry of industry and trade of Vietnam approved a general plan for 2020 to plan for 2025.

The goal of Vietnam's shoe leather Department is to earn $13 billion in 2020, increasing the utilization rate of domestic raw materials from the current 30-35% to 70%.

During the conference, an international footwear materials and machinery exhibition was held in September 8th. More than 120 production companies from 13 Asian and European countries exhibited their products at 200 stalls.
