The main component of acetate fabric is cellulose acetate.

Acetate fiber is a kind of acetate filament fiber made of cellulose, which is a natural material extracted from wood pulp cellulose which belongs to a chemical molecular component, and acetic anhydride. It is made of a series of chemical processes and can be used for spinning and weaving acetate filament fibers. It takes cellulose as the basic skeleton and has the basic characteristics of cellulose fibers. However, its properties are different from those of regenerated cellulose fibers (viscose copper and ammonia), and have some characteristics of synthetic fibers.

The magic characteristics of acetate fiber:

1. good thermal plasticity: acetate fibers soften at 200 ~230 and melt at 260 degrees. This characteristic makes the acetate fiber have thermoplastic properties similar to synthetic fibers, and the plastic deformation does not return after the plastic deformation, and the deformation is permanent.

2. excellent dyeing properties: acetate fibers are usually dyed with disperse dyes, and their coloring properties are good and their colourful colors are superior to other cellulose fibers.

3. the appearance is like mulberry silk: the appearance of the acetate fiber is similar to that of mulberry silk, and the handle is soft and slippery. It is also similar to mulberry silk, and its proportion is the same as that of mulberry silk.

The fabric made of acetic acid is easy to wash and dry, and it is not mildew free from acetic acid fabric. Its elasticity is better than viscose fiber.

4. the performance is close to mulberry silk: compared with the physical and mechanical properties of viscose fiber and mulberry silk, the strength of acetate fiber is lower, the elongation at break is larger, the ratio of wet strength to dry strength is lower, but higher than viscose fiber, the initial modulus is smaller, the moisture regain is lower than viscose fiber and mulberry silk, but higher than that of synthetic fiber. The ratio of wet strength to dry strength is not different from that of mulberry silk relative to hook strength and knot strength and elastic recovery rate.

Therefore, the properties of acetate fiber in chemical fiber are most close to mulberry silk.

Acetic acid fabric has and surpasses many properties of cotton and linen fabrics, such as moisture absorption, air permeability, sweat free, easy to dry and dry, no mildew, no moth, comfortable skin, absolutely environmental protection and so on.

The acetic acid fabric is not charged; it is not easy to adsorb the dust in the air; dry cleaning, water washing and manual washing below 40 degrees can overcome the multi carrier of silk wool fabric; the weakness of dusty fabric can only be dry cleaned, and the worsted fabric is easily worming. It is easy to collect and collect, and the acetate fabric has the resilience and slippery feel of the woolen fabric.

Development of acetate fabrics: acetate fiber has good dyeing properties, bright fabric, bright appearance, smooth and comfortable quality, but low strength. Developing acetate fabrics needs to "foster strengths and circumvent weaknesses".

Acetate filament is widely used in clothing, furniture furnishings and decorative fabrics.

Acetate filament can be used in clothing, skirts, sports clothes, bridal gowns, children's clothing and T-shirts.

The clothing, skirts, sportswear, bridal gowns, children's garments, T-shirts or knitted fabrics can be made of 100% acetic acid filament or blended with acetate filament, such as rayon, elastic fiber, nylon, cotton, or linen, wool, silk polyester, etc.

Velvet fabric, decorative silk, high grade silk, rolled silk, fashion fabrics, high-grade knitted T-shirt fabric and so on.

Woven furniture furnishings usually use acetate filament as warp, cotton or rayon as weft fabric.

Decorative fabrics are mostly satin, satin silk can also be used for ribbon artificial flowers and neckties.

People Say ICE Cotton: The Commodity Market Rebounded As A Whole, And Cotton Rose.

The optimism of the Greek debt crisis has led to the depreciation of the US dollar, the increased willingness of investors to buy goods, making the CRB index rise the biggest single day in 6 weeks, and thus the US cotton has been rid of the weakness of the Asian session, and the main 1112 contract has risen 0.02 cents to 122.01 cents / pound.
